Terry is the VP/GM for PepsiCo’s Drug, Dollar and Convenience & Gas Channels with global responsibilities for 7-Eleven. He is responsible for generating over $2.5 billion in revenues as well as delivering profit and share results across the entire PepsiCo portfolio. Prior to this role, Terry was the VP/GM for the Super Regional Customer Team with responsibilities for all PepsiCo brands within the Frito-Lay, Quaker, and Pepsi Cola North America divisions. He was responsible for delivering volume, profit and share across a $2.2 billion portfolio.

From 2001 through 2006, Terry was the Region Vice-President for Frito-Lay, Inc in the Midwest. In this role, he managed $2 Billion in retail sales, and led a team of more than 2,100 employees to deliver above plan net sales, profit, and share results. Terry also served as the Region Vice President Designate in the Southeast region for Frito-Lay. During his 17 year career, Terry has held a variety of General Manager, Sales, Marketing and Operations roles in a number of markets. Terry has previously worked for Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble.

Terry received his B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and his M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management. He is a former board of trustee member for Boy & Girls Club of Chicago, Life Direction, and the Grocery Manufacturers Association of the Midwest. He recently joined the Govenor’s board for Aidmatrix and is a member of the Board for National Association of Chain Drug Stores and National Association of Convenience Stores. He is also a life member of the Iota Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha.
