VP/GM Super Regional Sales, PepsiCo, Inc.
Terry is the VP/GM for the Super Regional Customer Team with responsibilities for all Pepsico brands within the Frito-Lay, Quaker, and Pepsi Cola North America divisions. He is responsible for delivering volume, profit and share across his $1.4 billion portfolio.
Previously, Terry was the Region Vice-President for Frito-Lay, Inc in the Midwest. He has held this position since July of 2001. In this role, he oversees $600 Million in revenues and leads a team of more than 2,100 employees to deliver above plan net sales, profit, and share results. Terry also served the Region Vice President Designate in the Southeast region for Frito-Lay. During his 15 year career, Terry has held a variety of General Manager, Sales, Marketing and Operations roles in a number of markets. Terry has previously worked for Procter & Gamble.
Terry received his B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and his M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management. He is a board of trustee member for Boy & Girls Club of Chicago, Life Direction, and the Grocery Manufacturers Association of the Midwest. He is the Chair for the Membership board of the Glenview Community Church. He also a member of the Iota Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha.
