Michael J. Soenen is the former Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of FTD, Inc. He served in this capacity, and in a variety of other capacities including: President and Chief Operating Officer of FTD and President and Chief Executive Officer of FTD.COM from 1999 until 2009. During his tenure with FTD, revenue increased from $165 million to over $600 million while EBITDA expanded from $15 million to over $100 million. Mr. Soenen led the Company’s initial public offering in February of 2005.

Mr. Soenen currently sits on the Board of Directors of OptionsXpress, Inc, Rewards Network, Inc., Marathon Data Corporation, Motorsport Automotive Group and All Weather, Inc. Mr. Soenen received a B.A. from Kalamazoo College in 1992.
