Jason Starr brings over a decade of operational, entrepreneurial, and private equity experience to Winona Capital Management.  Prior to joining Winona, Jason held positions at Crossroads Capital Partners and Opus Capital Ventures, where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating investments.  Previously, Jason spent five years in executive and leadership roles at early-stage technology ventures, including BoldTech Systems — a "Deloitte Fast 50" and "Inc. 500" business that was acquired by a public company.  Earlier in his career, Jason spent five years at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where he led high-profile strategy and operational improvement projects for Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Starr graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Operations and an MAS in Technology Management.  He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he focused on finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship.

Jason currently serves on the boards of Boloco, Top Driver, and CIRCA and has portfolio company responsibilities for Peter Millar.
